In addition, as a thank you, referrers with a referral code will receive a $500 cash or $500 in credit per each Låda Booth sold. The LÅDA BOOTH 20% OFF referral program runs from May 1, 2018 - August 31, 2018.

When will I receive my awards from a previous phase of the Referral Program? 
Please see our timelines below:

Current Program
Award timelines are automatically communicated via email when customers reach the award threshold.

All production and shipping estimates are current as of May 1, 2018 and subject to change.

I recently referred an order and received an email about my referral check. What do I need to do to receive this award?
Within 14 days of your first referral being delivered, you will receive an email communicating that your reward has been mailed.

I don’t want my award. Can I exchange it for a different reward or a cash equivalent?
Awards are not exchangeable and do not have cash value unless otherwise noted.

I received a referral a few days before the last program ended. Can I take advantage of the new program awards instead?
Awards are not exchangeable. Referrals must be made during each specific program to take advantage of the corresponding awards.

Can I combine all my referrals from the last few phases to receive one of the updated awards?
Referrals must be made during the specific program period to take advantage of the corresponding awards.

My referral just took delivery of their new Låda Booth, but forgot to use my code. Can they apply it retroactively?
Referral codes must be applied at the time of the order being placed and cannot be applied retroactively.

When should I expect my award?
Recipients will receive an email verifying each time a referral order is completed, including information and steps necessary to receive awards. Orders must be delivered before awards are provided to recipient.

I’ve received more than one referral in the current program. Does this mean I won’t receive lower awards?
Recipients will receive awards for each tier of the program. For example, someone receiving five referrals in the current program will receive all five awards. 

How can I tell if I’ve received a referral or if my referred orders have been delivered?
Along with the email verifying each referred order, owners can contact Låda Cube at: info@ladacube.com to review the status of their referrals. 

I had enough referrals to receive a Låda Booth. When should I expect delivery?
Production times vary, we will be contacting referrers who choose credit and earn their Låda Booth. Once the Låda Booth is ready, our Service team will contact recipients to set up a delivery and installation appointment.
Note: Awards destined for Europe and Asia/Pacific may experience a longer transit time due to shipping overseas and passing through customs on their way to delivery locations.

Limits
Related Låda Booth order must be placed between May 1, 2018 and August 31, 2018. Owners and friends who reach each level of referral orders after August, 2018 will be eligible for updated Låda Booth awards above. Referral code must be applied at the time of order and cannot be added after the order has been placed. Referral codes may be shared and applied in any country where Låda Cube wall panel systems are available, in accordance with local terms and conditions. Credits are valid for 12 months from the Låda Cube referral referral sales date and can be used toward services, accessories, or new Låda Cube products. 

Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for awards. Awards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise noted. The customer is responsible for all taxes and local requirements and fees. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipment and installation unless otherwise specified. Program and awards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations. 

The customer may not be an employee, legal representative or partner of Låda Cube or any Affiliate of Låda Cube. Nothing in the Referral Program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and Låda Cube or any of Låda Cube’s Affiliates. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind Låda Cube. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Good Faith
We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. Please note that we may withhold awards where we believe customers are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. To be clear, commercializing, advertising, publishing, mass distributing or selling referral codes is not appropriate, and we will not honor such codes. We cannot cover every nefarious scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable.
